My ears, my poor ears.

I've been meaning to blog, but through a fatal combination of procrastination and the absence of an internet connection, I haven't.

Currently at NJC's little dance party. It's loud. Very loud. The soundwaves are breaking sentences up into rickety phrases and sentence fragments, like much of the Da Vinci Code.

Now they're all dancing to one of their mass dances. It's way, WAY better than VJ's, for the very fact that they're all dancing very nicely in sync. Upside Down by the Ateens is a really bad song though. Bubblegum pop. And it's not even nice bubblegum, more like those cheapo ones sold at the Mama Shop for 10 cents a pop. Um. No pun intended.

Zilong is sitting, was sitting next to me, yelling. We all have to yell to be heard over the loud speaker whoring.

I'm getting a headache already.

My dears, I will make a very bad clubbing partner. Remember that. I'm an old woman and I spend my Saturday nights reading and petting my cat. I'll be knitting three-armed sweaters for the Salvation Army next.

Zilong's off dancing again, and generally having fun. I'm more than content to sit on their brightly coloured canteen tables tapping away and being anti-social. You can't take the internet away from me!!!!! Nyeah.

Do excuse me for being dull, but I've never seen the attraction of gyrating your body in a small enclosed space with other sweaty, thrusting people. I thrust at you, you thrust at me! Ho ho ho.

My right ear is throbbing. This is not good.

"My Hump" by the Black Eye Peas is currently playing. I still think it's about Breast Cancer. My lovely lady lumps indeed.

Last song, last song. A tuneless rap song about shaking.

Shake shake shake shake shake shake shake etc.

Haven't heard a song about shaking it since the hokey-pokey song. I suppose the shaking makes attractive things jiggle, wiggle and bounce. That's what it's all about I suppose.

Zilooooonnngg. Stop dancinggg. I want to go hooooommmeee.

I haven't blogged for a bit.

The exams are over, now comes the nerve-wrecking bit, the results.

I really am scared shitless, because I don't think I did too well. I'll definately need to sit for the R(epeat) paper for chinese.

This is quite horrible. It's come to the point where I don't dare to speak the language in food courts to the auntie manning the cash register for fear that she will laugh at me; the fat, educated, mandarin-mangling person.

Hua Yu Cool!

;_;

There also seems to be nothing worth watching on TV, apart from CSI re-runs, House and Project Runway. There is that new series, Prisonbreak, which is really quite interesting, but it always cuts to the commercial break with the main character staring wisely off into the distance. It's been interesting so far though.

Oh, and open house is a crock of shit. Seven-hours of doing absolutely nothing! Hooray! Go VJC!

I wait in enthusiasm for tomorrow, when I have to see you lot again.

Honestly, I can't wait.

Jesus.

1) Single, taken or crushing?
That was fast.
2) Are you happy with your life now?
Nope.
3) When you meet the right person, do you fall in love with him fast?
I have no idea. I like to look at people, but a relationship is another thing altogether.
4) Have you ever had your heart broken?
It's not bleeding, and neither is it made of paper.
5) Do you believe there are some circumstances that cheating love is acceptable?
Mm. If the person is a flirt to begin with, then yes. Although that may lead to major insecurities.
6) Would you take someone back if he cheats on you?
Depends. I doubt though.
7) Have you talked about marriage with another before?
Yep.
8) Do you want children?
I'm scared of giving birth. >_<
9) How many?
No idea.
10) Would you consider adoption?
Yes
11) If someone likes you right now, what do you think is the best way to let you know his feelings?
Tell me outright, then give me some time to mull over it.
12) Do you enjoy getting into a relationship?
What kind of relationship?
13) Be honest, what is the furthest you and your ex did?
Don't have one.
14) Do you believe in love at first sight?
Infatuation yes. Love, not really.
15) Are you romantic?
With a capital "L".
16) Do you believe you can change someone?
I hope I can.
17) If you could get married somewhere, where would it be?
Um. Church is out of the question.
18) Do you easily give in when you're fighting?
No. I hardly ever say "sorry" either.
19) Do you have feelings for someone right now?
Everyone! I like my friends, love my cats and my family, and detest some leading political figures.
20) Have you ever broken a heart?
I doubt it.
21) If one day your best friend falls in love with the guy you're in love with, what would you do?
Be surprised? Um. I have no idea. I certainly hope it doesn't mess with our relationship. No smelly boy is worth it.
22) Are you missing someone now?
Many people.

Now, the next 5 people to do this: BLANKBLANKBLANKBLANKBLANK!

He's (t)here, the Phantom of the Opera!

YES.

IT IS AFFORDABLE!

On a lower note, I am prepared to bomb this exam. Reasons are to be specified at a later date. (Hint: It starts with a V and ends with a J.)

One down, six to go..

Days that is.

I think I have to prepare for the Language Arts R(etest) paper due to me writing an essay in half an hour and spending the preceeding hour panicking and freaking out. I think I messed up the comprehension, summary and AQ too. Fuuuuuuuck. >_<

This shouldn't be happening. LA is one of my best subjects, and now I've screwed it up. I really need to make up for it in paper three.

Surprisingly, the Chinese compo paper wasn't as stressful, because I didn't really give a crap to what I was writing, grammar and phrasing be dammed. I guess I have to be less uptight about it.

Tomorrow is Social Studies. Three hours of continuous writing.

Oh Joy.
